Royal Caribbean allocates a weekly budget of $1 million to provide food for the passengers on board the floating city known as Symphony of the Seas.

The culinary team works 24/7 in compact ship kitchens to prepare snacks, meals, and desserts, with enough diversity to match all passengers’ tastes and cravings.
