-True Grade tilapia fillets
-Tortillas (corn or flour, your choice)
-Fresh lime wedges
-Shredded cabbage or lettuce
-Sliced avocado
-Chopped tomatoes
-Finely diced red onions
-Chopped cilantro
-Sour cream or Greek yogurt
-Shredded cheese (Mexican blend)
-Salt and pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
