Before proceeding with your registration, please carefully read and follow these steps:
- Mandatory requirement: All visitors must watch the True Grade Safety Video before entering our facilities.
- Digital signature required: After watching the video, you must electronically sign the following documents:
- Visitor Safety Guide
- Hold Harmless Waiver and Release of Liability
- Access conditions:
- Present a valid ID upon arrival.
- Wear the provided visitor badge at all times.
- Remain accompanied by an authorized True Grade employee while on-site.
- Comply with all safety rules and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements (high-visibility vest, safety shoes or shoe covers).
- Restrictions:
- No smoking inside the facility (only in designated areas).
- No access for minors under 16 without special permission.
- No food, drinks, or hearing-obstructing devices (earphones, headphones, etc.) inside the facility.
