General

Every September, Miami becomes the epicenter of food trade across the Western Hemisphere. This year, for the second time, True Grade returned to the Americas Food & Beverage Show & Conference

Hosted at the Miami Beach Convention Center, the event brought together over 800 exhibitors and thousands of buyers from more than 90 countries. With its strong international presence, the Show is especially known for bridging markets in Latin America and the U.S.—a key reason we’ve made it a priority to be there.

A Strategic Platform for International Growth

For True Grade, participation in this event aligns directly with our mission and long-term strategy. We continue to support partners through reliable sourcing, sustainable practices, and transparent food distribution.

This year, our team engaged in productive discussions with foodservice providers, retailers, and distributors across Latin America and the Caribbean. Many, in particular, were looking to strengthen their supply chains through consistent access to high-quality frozen seafood, poultry, and meat. These are core categories within True Grade’s offering, backed by strict quality standards and global logistics expertise.

In addition, several buyers expressed interest in our Cruise Market Access & Brand Acceleration Program. This tailored service helps suppliers enter and scale within the cruise industry. Through compliance support, brand positioning, and procurement alignment, it offers a clear path to market entry and growth.

About the Americas Food & Beverage Show

The 2025 edition of the Americas Food & Beverage Show included specialized pavilions, live product demonstrations, and a focused conference program. Sessions addressed regulatory updates, export procedures, logistics, and product innovation. The agenda offered practical insights from trade experts and policy representatives.

Dedicated stages for beverages and culinary demonstrations gave exhibitors the opportunity to present new products and connect directly with buyers. These sessions added value by highlighting relevant trends and category-specific opportunities.

For suppliers targeting growth in North America, Latin America, or the Caribbean, the event continues to offer a well-structured platform for international business development. It brings together key decision-makers, fosters productive discussions, and supports long-term regional partnerships.

Continuing the Conversation

We will continue to build on the momentum generated at the Show. We look forward to converting leads into long-term partnerships and further supporting our clients in delivering safe, sustainable, and high-quality food solutions to their markets.
