Job Summary:

The Order Entry / Customer Services Associate is responsible for entering customer orders into True Grade ERP/WMS. The position reviews order files for accuracy and completeness as the order is processed. The Order Entry Associate acts as liaison between the customer and True Grade and will expedite customer requests as well as resolve inquiries. Additionally, conducting research and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers, thinking proactively, and following up as needed to ensure contact resolution.

Responsibilities:

•Directly responsible for entering customer orders into True Grade ERP/WMS

•The focus of this job is to produce high quality, detailed work in accordance with True Grade standards,guidelines, and procedures.

•Precise, consistent data entry is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one taskat a time.

•Ability to work in a fast pace, energetic environment with strict deadlines.

•Operate with ownership, be a self-starter, and have a strong attention to detail.

•Proficiency in using computers, both for data entry, as well as for rapid navigation through systems and theinternet to search for information to help support our customers.

•Ability to adapt to change in accordance with the business needs of the company.

•Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed.

•Must bring proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.

•Coordinate with local office personal to ensure timely resolution to any order related issues.

 Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 

 

•High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) or equivalent.

•1-3 years customer service experience

•Preferably with experience on teams in a fast paced, high volume customer service department.

•Work collaboratively as part of a competitive team environment.

•Desire to be better than average with a strong work ethic and sense of accountability for self and others

•Multilingual or bilingual proficiency

•Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook)

•Ability to perform basic math calculations.

•Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.

•Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructionsgiven, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

 Physical Requirements: 

•Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and otherfederal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

Work Environment:

  • Business hours 8:30-5:30
  • Weekends or evenings during seasonal busy times

Salary:  $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
