Job Summary

This role is ideal for someone who has accounting experience and is detail oriented. This role will answer directly to Accounts Receivable Manager and the Controller. In general, this role is responsible for the timely collections of receivables of the company and efficient reporting of the AR related reports and issues to supervisors.

A key priority will be leading the company’s operational expansion to multiple locations domestically and internationally, requiring expertise in multi-site management and scalable systems development. The Logistics Director will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to ensure budget alignment, operational efficiency, and profitability while driving innovation and sustainability. Metric: Average order processing time per site.
Purpose: Track and improve the time taken from order receipt to fulfillment at each location, ensuring consistency and operational excellence.

Metric: Percentage of new sites operational within the planned timeline and budget.
Purpose: Measure the Director’s ability to execute expansion plans efficiently while adhering to financial constraints and corporate standards.

Metric: Net Promoter Score (NPS) or On-Time Delivery Percentage.
Purpose: Assess the Director’s impact on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
through efficient logistics and supply chain management.

Metric: Operational cost as a percentage of revenue.
Purpose: Ensure the Director aligns operational costs with company financial goals, maintaining profitability across all sites.
